FUNGIKILLER
PRODUCT
Biological product based on microorganisms that protect plants and crops from pathogenic fungi due to the production of antifungicides.
CHARACTERISTICS
FUNGIKILLER® is formulae to be applied directly to the roots of plants. It consists on an aqueous suspension of Pseudomonas fluorescens BIRD-2 containing over 10 million cells per cc. It is an environment-friendly, non-toxic BIO product, tolerant to desiccation. It has the ecological HSC certification, www.sohiscert.com). The product is easy-to-use and store. It produces different antimicrobial agents against Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Pytium, Phytophthora, Stenfilium that inhibit the growth and proliferation phytopathogenic fungi that attack the stem and the roots of plants. Its use is highly recommended in seed germination, transplantation, pre-flowering and fruit growth. It thrives and multiplies in microhabitats associated to the roots and their entourage where it competes with the natural microbiota controlling the growth of fungi harming the plant. FUNGIKILLER® is compatible with most fertilizers and phytosanitary products, except for acid mixtures (pH<5). Applicationto coastal crops (from November through to March) and application to continental crops throughout the year.
DOSES
Seeds: Nurseries, submerge the seeds for 6 hours in FUNGIKILLER® and plant normally. 1L of FUNGIKILLER® can also be diluted in 10 L of water, mixed with 250 L of peat and seeds and planted in the normal way.
Drip irrigation, springkler or hose: Dilute FUNGIKILLER® in water to 1% and apply the mixture in drips or sprinklers.
By immersion (bare roots or cuttings): Without diluting the product submerge the root or cutting in the liquid solution and transplant in soil or peat.
